How to Overcome the Throwing Yips
P.S. Send me feedback on how I can improve. I want to be worthy of your time. I respond to every email.
In 2019, I signed a professional contract with the Philadelphia Phillies.
Soon after, I got a bad case of the yips.
Like, really BAD.
When I played catch, I threw the ball away at least 90% of the time.
One time I threw the ball OUT of the stadium before starting a game.
However I have since competed for 5 years in professional baseball, and throw well (for the most part).
So, I created a 100 page Ultimate Guide for Overcoming The Throwing Yips.
As an Athletter subscriber - it’s completely Free.
