We just created a new guide on the exact process we followed to help an athlete go from the low 80s to the low 90s.

We followed 2 steps:

  1. Build the Engine

Develop the physical ability (strength, power, speed, athleticism etc) to throw hard.

  1. Develop High Velocity Mechanics

Develop the ability to transfer energy to the fingers and back of the ball.

This one is an in-depth deep dive into a real case study of an athlete who gained 8-10mph within the span of 6 months.
